Delivery is free with ‘Free Super Saver Delivery’ the speed of this delivery is dependent on your location, please see the typical delivery expectations below.

More specific times can be given, for example Melbourne/Sydney delivery is 2 to 3 days, if you wish even more specific times for your location then please don't hesitate to contact us. The courier will contact you via email to provide your tracking number (if your order is over $150.00). If your item has not arrived according to the below times please contact us immediately.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is a 48hr delivery, this does not include weekends and does not cover remote or rural locations. If you place an order on Express delivery and your location is remote or rural one of our team will contact you with the Express delivery timeframe compared to the Saver delivery timeframe to help get your item to you in the fastest possible timeframe. Express delivery is a flat rate at $39 applicable to all products where Express is shown.

*Orders placed on Weekends are handled on Mondays, there are no courier collections at weekends.

Exceptions: Orders must pass fraud security checks before being dispatched - we will contact you if necessary to verify security information and this may cause a delay in shipping your order. The delivery policy can only apply to items that are shown as in stock at the time of ordering.
